AEC Privacy Policy

Keeping customer information private is a priority for An Event Company, its contractors, and affiliates.  To enable us to provide you with cost estimates, prices lists, and service offers, as well as RFQ or inquiry responses, as well as account or talent profile details, we may need to collect certain information from you including personal information, information about your event and/or vendors and suppliers. It is sometimes necessary to share personal information with our partners and service providers to provide you with accurate information or execute our services to you. However, we continue to be committed to maintaining the privacy and security of this information, in accordance with the law and in agreement with our terms and conditions.  Such information may include confidential trade or brand materials, demographic information about your audience, and other specific details related to your live, virtual or hybrid event.

Information about your transactions, interactions, or communications with us, our affiliates, or others.

 

INFORMATION WE SHARE

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to any non-affiliated entity except as described below and otherwise permitted by law. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to Provider Law Firms and companies that assist us in the servicing or administration of the product you have requested or authorized. When information is shared with companies that perform services on our behalf, we protect against the subsequent disclosure of that information with a confidentiality agreement and/or other protective measures.

 

OUR SECURITY PROCEDURES

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those persons who need such information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. We keep information for as long as is necessary for our business purposes and will dispose of all information in appropriate ways according to law and our company practices.

 

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
